Boxercise Classes
NTF provides Females aged 17-25 FREE Boxercise Classes every week at various locations across the UK. Included in this FREE package is Free Boxercise Classes, Free Childcare, Free Tea & Coffee and Free NTF Boxercise T-shirts. The only criteria is that you are female and aged 17-25, so if you would like start NTF Boxercise you can search for your local club by selecting your region above.
